Psalms 71:17-18 (KJV) (17) O God, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works. (18) Now also when I am old and greyheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have showed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.
These should be our thoughts as well, praising God for all He has done. He has kept us through our youth, and we should be thankful for that. Now, we need to be concerned with the rest of our lives. What does God want us to do, and how much time do we have to do it. We must work while it is yet day, meaning while we still have time to do it.
